About Stagenote
Stagenote looks at the photos of your rooms the way a home stager does on a consultation visit, and gives you a clear to-do list before you list your home.
Why we built it
Virtual staging adds fake furniture to listing photos, but buyers then visit the real home. Most of what a home stager tells a seller is free: clear this, remove that, turn on these lights, make the bed in white. Stagenote gives you that advice on your own photos, room by room, today.
How it works, honestly
Each photo is read by an AI model with vision (Claude, by Anthropic), with a light grid that helps it place each pin on the object it is talking about. Our software then checks every answer, keeps 4 to 8 pins per room, draws them on your photo, prices purchases from a fixed table of typical US retail prices, adds the totals and ranks the actions. The AI never produces a price or a total. No person reviews your plan before you get it.
Who we are
Stagenote is run by Rocket IA, the sole proprietorship of François Hermand in France. You can write to us at francois@rocket-ia.fr. The legal details are in the legal notice.
What Stagenote does not do
- Stagenote is not a human home stager: the plan is generated by AI from your photos and no person reviews it before you get it.
- Stagenote does not add virtual furniture or edit your photos. It tells you what to change in the real rooms that buyers will visit.
- Stagenote does not promise a sale price, a faster sale or any result. It is styling and decluttering advice.
- Stagenote is not a home inspection: it can miss a defect, and it never judges safety, structure, wiring or code compliance.
- Pins are placed by area, not to the pixel. A pin can sit slightly off the object it refers to; the text always names the object.
- Prices in the shopping list are typical retail ranges, not quotes, and Stagenote does not sell or recommend any brand.
- Stagenote only sees what is in the photo: a room you do not photograph is not covered.
