- Stagenote does not add virtual furniture or edit your photos. It tells you what to change in the real rooms that buyers will visit.
- Stagenote does not promise a sale price, a faster sale or any result. It is styling and decluttering advice.
- Stagenote is not a home inspection: it can miss a defect, and it never judges safety, structure, wiring or code compliance.
- Pins are placed by area, not to the pixel. A pin can sit slightly off the object it refers to; the text always names the object.
- Prices in the shopping list are typical retail ranges, not quotes, and Stagenote does not sell or recommend any brand.
- Stagenote only sees what is in the photo: a room you do not photograph is not covered.
